GLP1 Quest ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Hypano Digital Media Co. LLC. We operate the website located at glp1.quest (the "Site"), which is an independent comparison and informational resource for GLP-1 weight management telehealth programs.

2a. Quiz Responses (Anonymous)
Our comparison quiz collects responses to general preference questions (e.g., budget range, program preferences, prior experience). These responses are:

6. No Personal Health Information Stored
GLP1 Quest is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. We do not store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI). If you submit health information directly to a telehealth provider featured on our Site, that provider's privacy practices — not ours — govern that data.
7. Data Retention
We retain server logs and aggregate analytics data for a rolling 12-month period, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Affiliate click records may be retained for up to 24 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Anonymous quiz preference data is not stored beyond the active browser session.
